APARNA DEOLEKAR | FOUNDER
After graduating in 1996 from the Sophia Polytechnic Mumbai, Aparna started her career at Rediffusion DY&R as a trainee visualiser. Over next 15 years she worked with Leo-Burnett, Ogilvy, FCB, Classic Partnership Dubai and Ambience Publicis. She also took up freelance projects at FCB New York during her stay there. Besides handling the business, Aparna leads the Design team.

ABHIJEET DEOLEKAR | CO-FOUNDER
A graduate from the New York Film Academy, Abhijeet started as an assistant to Bharatbala in 1995 where he learned the art of film making. He led the post production team on Vande Mataram, Jana Gana Mana, Desh Ka Salaam and various TVCs. Over the next 20 years he worked with various television channels including BBC Worldwide and ZOOM as a Creative Head for On-air Promotions.
He joined Open Mind in 2015 as Creative Director for audio-visuals, corporate films and TVCs.

ADITYA S. CHOPRA | EXECUTIVE PRODUCER
Alumnus of Mayo College Ajmer, Aditya started his career as an associate creative producer with ZOOM in 2004. Over the next 14 years he mastered the art of television & film promotions with Bindass, UTV Movies, Reliance Broadcasting. He worked with Sony Six on IPL and Star Sports on IFL. He has also worked as an assistant to Nagesh Kukunoor on feature film Mod.
Aditya joined Open Mind in 2015 as a Creative Partner.
